In the Seventies the Company consolidated its position, becoming one of the leading Italian furniture manufacturers; at the end of 1972 it changed its name to Estel S.p.A.
In the early Eighties the company created the Estel Office Project division and entered the sector of office furniture in wood, gaining immediate recognition. This project was then expanded with the creation of Office Class Più and the brand Estella Seating, specialising in the production of chairs.
The growth registered in this sector in recent years has been considerable; indeed, in the late Eighties the turnover of the office sector exceeded that of the home, with a constantly growing exportation.
